Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: Place sample order. Sample fees will be returned back if order confirmed, the sample would be ready in 7~10days.

Q: Can you make customized designed products?
A: Sure, our factory have many years of experience of OEM orders. Customized logo and package are also acceptable.

Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We can accept FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: L/C at sight or T/T, 30% deposit before production, balance 70% against B/L copy. And we also accept Trade Assurance through Alibaba.com.

A: 35-45day. Depends on your order quantity and our production lines are busy or not.

A: Our QC workers will check the quality at different stage of production, such as income material check, quality check before painting, quality check before package and radom quality check after package. We also welcome your 3^rd party inspection for our goods before shipping.
