How to place an order?
1, Contact our email-address, call our phone or trade-manager for selected items.
2, PI signed and scanned back, 30% deposit in advance before production.
3, It's into mass productions for the confirmed PI.
4, Balance clear-out before loading containers.
5, Send original doc or telex-release BL.

Shipment:
1. For mass production large quantity by sea:
Here works with forwarders who can offer us competitive prices by vessels such as MSC, ONE, PIL, CMA and so on.
 2. For small samples and urgent items by air:
We provide lots of shipping options, including international DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS and so on.
How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that total quantity of the order can`t reach a full 20FT container, the price term will turn into EXW (RMB, without tax) automatically. Here just provide the products in factory, but no responsibility for any other process of the trading such as custom-declaration handling and trucking.
The quotation is based on the large quantity (40FT container FCL). If it's not, then it will exist the FOB Local Charge as 500USD/20GP.
The FCL order in FOB term will be fully responsible in our side, according to the international trade-law.

2. If damages due to incorrect operation, rough handling, or anything else doesn't follow our instruction, we will provide the new item with all charges paid in your side.

Question 1: Delivery time?
Answer 1: Within 29 days on all the products. Here is able to speed up if your purchase-order is very urgent. Tell us about your PO in advance.

Question 2. What the sample cost?
Answer 2: Contact our staff firstly, and tell out your required model number, here will check the sample cost for you. 
(1). If purchasing our regular models, the sample cost can be refunded to customers after confirmed the 40HQ containers FCL orders, the delivery charge is paid by customers. 
(2). For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately by us.

Question 3. Any discount?
Answer 3: Firstly the price we quoted are all FOB price (USD). Of course, our best price is able to offer for you based on the order quantity, so just let us know about your purchase quantity on your selected model number. The discount is ok to provided for one model one 40HQ container and multiple 40HQ containers FCL.

Question 4. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Answer 4: Yes, we can. Customized orders are no problem, so please contact our staff in the first place.

Question 5, How much will the shipping charges be?
Answer 5: It will be according to the volume of your shipment and the shipping method. When enquiring about the shipping charges, we hope that you let us know about the detailed information first such as the model number and the purchasing quantity, consignee, destination port and so on.
