1. Are you a manufactory?
Yes. Our factory was founded in 1993 and have about 20 years experiences in the hotel furniture field.Our products are hot sold all over the world with trustworthy quality and competitive price.
2.What's your scale of your factory ?
Our factory have more than 26,000 square meter ,over 200 workers.
3. What's your payment term?
By T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payable before loading.
4. How long is the Production Lead Time?
Normally is around 4-6 weeks, but 2 weeks more in the busy season.  Port: Yantian,Shekou,huangpu,etc.
5. Drawing:
We have the professional design team for our furniture drawing in AutoCAD /PDF ways.  
6. Warranty:
A  period of 12 months.If customize your products, maybe 1 year to 5 years, according to the quality of material.
This warranty does not apply in the circumstances described in clause below:
1) If you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions;
2) wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
3) any specifications provided by you.
