Not only do they cooperate with each other in process, but they also strictly pursue at each procedure so that we product 40000+ cabinets on a year. The orders are about in 45-60 days in produce and the ocean shipping time is about a month.

Our controller team will be charge the quality of every porcess to the kitchen cabinets. From the source of the wood material to the ship of the cabinet. Beyond that we catch the quality all the time which performs the testing to our cabinets.For example the color,humidity,load and so on and so forth.

1. The quality control of the purchase of raw materials: E0 grade environmentally friendly board is used. Before entering the factory, all plates will use professional equipment to detect that the moisture content is less than 10%. The hardware accessories are made of well-known brand hardware, 304 stainless steel, with a damping system

2. Quality control during the production process: Each process in the production process will have a quality inspector to regularly check the various process indicators. Confirm that the processing and assembly process are carried out in strict accordance with high quality standards

3. Quality inspection before delivery: All household panel whole kitchen cabinet will be strictly packaged before shipment. Sampling inspections are carried out before packaging, and the sampling rate is over 90%. Each product packaging will have a traceability code, if there is a quality problem, it will be traced back to the individual production unit.

Q. How long have you been in the Kitchen cabinet manufacturing business?
A: We started cabinet manufacturing & exporting from 2001 and move to the new location in 2017.
We have our own exporting license.


Q. What's the minimum quantity from your side?
A: As a manufacturer, Our minimum quantity is one full container of 40FT.


Q. How many cabinets can be put into a 40HC container?
A: As for Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinet, we can put 8OOpcs. If it's assembled in the factory, we can put 200 pcs.


Q. What's the wood material you're using?
A: We have big material inventory of Oak, Maple, Birch, Beech, Rubberwood and Bamboo. We can also work on PVC, Melamine and HPL orders for our customers.


Q. Can you manufacture frameless cabinets?
A: In addition to US standard framed cabinet line, we manufacture frameless cabinets each month.

A: We have quality control department and the manager is our vice-president , each workshop has on site Q/C to check the product quality full time for each order. each shipment has the recorder sample and information of color, door profile, construction for next shipment comparision to meet the consistence.
